Covid-19 Update

 

We know during this ever-evolving situation that you will have concerns about your suppliers being able to reach you with what you need. As such we just wanted to update you with what is happening at UK Postal Packaging.

Let us reassure you that we have ample stocks across our ranges and we are not currently experiencing any product shortages as a result of the current situation. We are continuing to take orders through the website 24/7 and our customer service email will be manned as usual, 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday, 10am until 4pm Saturday and Sunday.

All of the courier services we use are currently operating a full service. They may be taking extra precautions such as asking customers not to sign their PDA devices, we ask that you cooperate with this where needed.

Please note: Royal Mail deliveries are taking longer than usual, please be patient. If your order is urgent please select the DPD or Parcel Force delivery option during checkout.

We are keeping in ongoing contact with our suppliers and if this situation alters we will of course let customers know as soon as possible. Likewise if you have any issues, such as building closures meaning you need an order re-routed, please just get in touch and we will assist wherever we can.

Finally, we hope that the effects of the virus on our customers, their families and their livelihoods is minimal. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to get in touch.
